On Tuesday, May 14th, Dr. Sian Williams hosted the Sounds for the Soul Piano Recital at St Luke’s Church in London.

The event featured pianist Min Jung Kym, who performed a selection of piano works by composers Beethoven, Liszt, and Brahms. The recital was organized in partnership with Knight Ayton to support the Friends of the Royal Marsden Chelsea charity, which raises funds for the Royal Marsden hospital, and Sian discussed the performance and the work of the charity with both Min-Jung and with members of the charity’s board of directors at the event.

Congratulations Nayha Ahmad and Jasmine Takhar, whose contributions to the BBC Asian Network have helped see it win the UK Network of the Year Award at the ARIAS 2024.
