Ciona Johnson-King

Ciona is a health & beauty presenter who is an expert in the field of Martial Arts. She is black belt in Shotokan Karate, training at Europe’s most prestigious dojo, the Budokwai in Fulham. Her passion for the Japanese sport has led to a huge variety of work, from a feature in Men’s Health magazine to a role in the martial arts film Pitfighter. She plans to make a fitness DVD using the principles of Karate and the techniques she learned whilst writing extensively about weight loss.
