"In terms of what you provided on the day we could not have asked for anything more. Thoughtful, interesting, charming and with a touch of humour to light up even the most disheartening story, you spoke with passion and genuine enthusiasm about the things you have witnessed over the years and our staff certainly got a lot out of it."
